Product Description

This model consists a highly accurate Pt-100 3 wire RTD sensor that is ideal for sensing temperature in it and also has built-in digital timer for setting soak time if desired in hours and minutes. Provided model finds its applications in medical industry for sterilizing equipment and other materials used in the laboratory. Offered Hot Air Oven GMP Model is well suited to deliver heat treatment to product.

Salient Features :

Construction of Oven is triple walled on sides with the gap between walls filled with high insulation low thermal mass glass wool.
The unit is incorporated with Microprocessor based Auto tuning type PID Temperature Indicating Controller with Dual Display for Set & Process value indication.
The Controller also has a built-in Digital Timer to set the Soak time if desired in Hours OR Minutes.
A highly accurate Pt-100 3 Wire RTD sensor is used for sensing of Temperature.
High quality Nichrome wire Air Heating Elements provided on side walls of the Chamber to maintain temperature uniformity within chamber.
Door gasket provided is made of FOOD GRADE SILICON
Door latch with stopper made of solid heavy gauge Stainless Steel.
Installed with motorized blower at the top for uniform air circulation
Rod type Shelves provided are made of Stainless Steel
Provided with Validation Documents
Electrically operated on 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Supply.
