Incorporated with Programmable Logic Control with Safety controller, auto changeover of Standby systems & other event managements with 4.3" Color HMI with touch screen and Ethernet Connectivity. Memory storage upto 1000 records. Password protected keypad and Authority level access for controls and separate password at user level
Audio - Visual Alarm in case of temperature deviation from set value.
A highly accurate Pt-100 3 Wire RTD sensor is used for sensing of Temperature.
Incorporated with additional Thermostatic Hi-temp. cut-off safety system to cut-off heater above +250^oC
High quality Nichrome wire Air Heating Elements installed on side walls of the Chamber.
Installed with motorized blower inside top panel for uniform air circulation & temperature uniformity inside chamber.
Door gasket provided is made of FOOD GRADE SILICON (Instead of Asbestos rope).
Door latch with stopper made of solid heavy gauge Stainless Steel.
