PHOTO-STABILITY CHMBER STANDARD MODEL :

Double walled in construction, gap between the two walls filled with high density Polyurethane Foam (PUF).
Outer chamber made of Mild Steel (20 swg.) duly powder coated and inner chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade (22 swg.) Mirror finish.
Microprocessor based PID controller with direct display of Set & Process Values of Temperature & Humidity. In the event of power failure, Non-Volatile memory allows chamber to return to original set point when power is restored.
Incorporated with additional Digital temperature Hi/Lo cut-off safety system to cut-off compressor below +20^oC & to cut-off the heater above +40^oC
Chambers are designed to provide light as per Option 2 mentioned in ICH Guidelines: A cool white Fluorescent Light for 1.2 million Lux Hours exposure and UV-A lights for 200 W-Hr/m exposure
Both the lights have independent TIMER controls to avoid over exposure.
Humidity System : Non-condensing type steam injection system with water level arrangement with insulation to save heat energy.
Energy efficient LED Tube Lights are used to simulate day & night test condition.
Full-length inner glass door fitted in anodized aluminium frame and outside metal door with S.S. lock & keys.
Food Grade Silicon Gasket fitted on the Chamber and Magnetic Gasket fitted on outer metal door to eliminate leakage if any between the door & the Chamber.
Incorporated with highly sensitive capacitive type Humidity Sensor for greater accuracy.
Forced air circulation by means of a motorized blower for uniform conditions (02 Nos. for 600 Ltr & above capacity)
Cooling by hermetically sealed compressors utilizing R-134A an eco-friendly refrigerant coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safeguarded by time delay circuit.
Rod type Shelves provided are made of Stainless Steel.
Front lockable & back free heavy duty castor wheels provided for easy moveability.
Provided with Validation Documents viz. IQ, OQ & PQ.
